Understanding Common Skin Allergies: Causes and Solutions

Blood provides oxygen and nutrients to every cell in our bodies, so it is crucial that it remains healthy by regularly purifying it.

Jaggery provides our bodies with antioxidants like zinc and selenium, which work to prevent free radical damage. Furthermore, its anti-inflammatory compounds may provide relief for respiratory conditions like asthma or bronchitis.

Jaggery can be used as an excellent replacement for refined sugar and is full of micronutrients. However, its consumption should be done so sparingly since an excessive consumption can lead to weight gain.

Manjistha

Manjistha is an effective blood purifier that works by detoxifying the body. It removes blockages in blood flow and promotes better circulation. Furthermore, this herb nourishes and supports important organs like the liver and kidneys as it works towards their proper functioning.

Saffron
