Increase Sperm Count Medicine for Men with Low Testosterone

Men with low sperm counts need healthy sperm counts in order to conceive successfully, which is why we offer treatments designed to increase them, such as lifestyle changes, exercise and diet changes as well as avoiding certain medications, supplements and herbal remedies.

One study revealed that men taking Furosap, a patent-pending fenugreek supplement, had higher sperm counts. Zinc supplements may also help restore low sperm counts due to hormonal issues; similarly, ashwagandha herb may improve performance as well.

1. D-aspartic acid:

Sodium D-aspartic acid, an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body, has been found to increase sperm count and motility among men with low testosterone levels by stimulating LH and testosterone production and ultimately producing higher-quality sperm.

Vitamin C consumption has also been associated with improved semen quality. Found in many fruits and vegetables, Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant to lower oxidative stress levels which in turn promote better sperm health and fertility.

Studies conducted on oligoasthenozoospermia patients treated with D-aspartate showed an increase in its concentration in seminal plasma as a result of treatment, as well as improvements to capacitation rate of sperm following 2 or 4 week oral administration of this substance.

2. Maca root:

Maca root (Lepidium meyenii), native to Peru's Andean Mountains and used by indigenous communities for over two millennia, has been shown to balance hormones, increase energy and enhance sexual vigor for both men and women.

Researchers conducted one study and discovered that supplementing with yellow maca powder significantly increased both the number and quality of spermatozoa in stallions while simultaneously decreasing lipid peroxidation during collection and storage processes.

Studies have also demonstrated that maca can assist women experiencing hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and low libido during perimenopause and menopause. Furthermore, maca can reduce enlarged prostates in men and alleviate symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia; additionally it improves fertility among both genders by raising testosterone levels while simultaneously balancing estrogen levels Majun Raig Mahi.

3. Coenzyme Q10:

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an antioxidative substance produced naturally in our bodies that supports metabolism and shields cells against free radical damage. Lipid-soluble CoQ10 enters most cell membranes to attract free electrons that could otherwise harm them, protecting cells from unstable atoms that could cause harm. CoQ10 has also been shown to enhance motility, morphology and concentration thanks to its ability to decrease oxidative stress levels in male sperm.

Recent RCT results demonstrated that oral glutathione and coenzyme Q10 treatment significantly enhanced semen parameters in men suffering from idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (OAT), including progressive motility, total motility and ejaculate volume. CoQ10 levels in seminal plasma also positively correlated with these changes.

Nadjarzadeh and coworkers conducted a randomized, placebo-controlled experiment on 180 azoospermia patients and discovered that three months of oral CoQ10 treatment increased SOD and CAT activity in seminal fluid as well as increasing SOD activity, motility, morphology and concentration of sperm count, motility, and motility morphology concentration.

4. Vitamin E:

Natural supplements have been demonstrated to assist with increasing sperm count; however, it should be remembered that they do not undergo the same rigorous testing process as prescription medicines.

Studies have linked Vitamin E consumption with better sperm health. This nutrient acts as an antioxidant and reduces the oxidative stress that damages sperm cells.

L-carnitine, an amino acid which assists with energy metabolism in the body, has also been proven to significantly improve sperm health by increasing count, motility, and morphology.

Exercise and diet are important ways to boost sperm count, as is forgoing smoking which has been linked with reduced sperm count as well as DNA damage to sperm cells.

5. Selenium:

Selenium is an essential mineral, essential to the creation, development, and maturation of sperm cells. Additionally, selenium helps support thyroid gland function, while protecting from oxidative stress.[1, 2] One study discovered that selenium-vitamin E supplements can significantly decrease levels of malondialdehyde - an indicator of oxidative stress - Habbe Mumsik Mushki Khas.

Brewer's yeast, liver, butter, fish (mackerel tuna halibut flounder and herring), garlic whole grains sunflower seeds and Brazil nuts are excellent sources of selenium; supplement forms include selenomethionine selenite and methylselenocysteine as well as multivitamins and standalone supplements; selenium proteins also play important roles in reproduction immune function thyroid hormone metabolism and protection from oxidative damage.
