Herbal Treatments for Premature Ejaculation: Boost Your Stamina Naturally

Medication may help people with PE gain greater control over when and how often they ejaculate. Topical numbing creams and sprays such as lidocaine may reduce penile sensitivity and delay ejaculation; certain sex hormones, including Cialis (Cialis) and Vardenafil (Levitra), may also be prescribed off-label to address this condition.

Behavior modifications may help improve PE. One such technique involves stimulating the penis just prior to orgasm, which can lower arousal levels and delay ejaculation.

1. Gingko Biloba:

Gingko biloba, commonly referred to as maidenhair tree or senile cypress, may help increase sexual arousal and enhance one's ability to attain and sustain an erection. This effect is likely caused by its vasodilatory properties - widening blood vessels for increased blood flow throughout the body including toward the penis.

Other herbs used to increase libido include saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) and pygeum africanum; however, evidence is limited in support of their effectiveness.

Herbal supplements may interact with medications like antidepressants. Consult your physician before taking any herbs.

2. Ginseng:

Ginseng (Panax ginseng) root has long been used as an effective natural herbal medicine for numerous conditions. Ginseng acts as an adaptogen, meaning it helps the body adapt to environmental stresses and fight biochemical imbalances; providing energy when feeling fatigued or calmness when feeling anxious. Ginseng may also increase libido and enhance sexual responses as well as stimulate sperm production to counteract effects of aging in men.

Ginsenosides in Ginseng may be responsible for its antidepressant-like effects, with one study showing that men taking Panax ginseng for mild erectile dysfunction experienced improved erections and less instances of premature ejaculation than those receiving placebo treatments.

Panax ginseng combined with other herbs such as eleuthero, Chinese yam and muira puama has been shown to increase sexual drive for men with low libido. Such herbal combinations can often be found as herbal tonics or individual natural remedies for stomach.

3. Chinese Yam:

Chinese yam (Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine for its myriad health benefits to women's reproductive health, from improving sperm counts and menstrual symptoms to helping promote fertility and improve menstruation cycles. [1] Its historical uses date back millennia. [1]

Chinese yam rhizomes contain estrogen-like effects, and its active ingredient diosgenin is being studied as a natural alternative to synthetic hormone replacement therapy for menopausal women. The estrogenic properties may be due to its high levels of progesterone-like substances absorbed through digestion and converted by your body into progesterone hormone.

Chinese herbal medicine composition of yam is used to treat hyperactivity of yang due to deficiency of yin, leading to premature ejaculation and spermatorrhea. The formula includes fruit from glossy privet and mulberry trees as well as common dodder, with additional medicinal plants like Shizandra berry fruit from fruitus psoraleae fructus psoraleae semen plantaginis and Medlar being additional treatments as assistant medicinal herbs alongside Chinese yam oblong seeded and flattened milkvetch seeds being dispatcher medicaments.

4. Eucommia:

Eucommia, native to China and widely cultivated for medicinal use, boasts numerous pharmacological activities that may help alleviate obesity or treat other medical conditions, such as hypoglycemic effects, anticancer treatment, immunoregulation as well as antifungal and antibacterial properties.

As a tonic for both men and women to boost overall strength and sexual potency, saffron has also been found to prevent premature ejaculation in male users. Furthermore, it's often included in formulas to treat erectile dysfunction or low unani medicine for gastric problem.

Chinese medicine recognizes that kidneys store an essential life force known as jing, responsible for overall growth and development and sexual function in both men and women. Herbalists frequently combine Eucommia bark with other herbs to treat common symptoms associated with Kidney Yin deficiency with Fire such as weak back and knee joints, low libido levels, urinary incontinence or weak urination.
