Boosting Men's Health Naturally: Herbal Approaches That Work

Additional trials have investigated saw palmetto's effects on testosterone levels in men. Test-tube and human studies suggest that saw palmetto may help to inhibit conversion of testosterone to 5a-dihydrotestosterone (5-alpha-DHT), which has been linked with prostate issues and male pattern baldness. According to these findings, saw palmetto could help maintain stable levels in aging men as their muscle mass, libido, and mood improves. (6).

Ashwagandha:
